At Bujairami Perfumes, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fragrance purchase; if you are not happy with your order, we offer a 14-day return window for unopened and unused products.

Return Process

  Ensure your perfume remains in its original, sealed cellophane packaging and has not been sprayed to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

  Contact Support

  Email our customer care team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization and the appropriate shipping address.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack the items in their original box or a sturdy mailing container to prevent breakage during transit, as damaged goods cannot be refunded.

  Processing & Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned fragrance, we will process your refund back to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
